Heartburn Remedy - Try Celery
If you suffer from heartburn, here is something you can try at home. Eat celery. I don't know if you have had the occasion to be ordering appetizers and you went for some hot and spicy buffalo wings, but if you have, no doubt your order came garnished with celery sticks. This is not just for decoration. Celery mitigates heartburn! Simple as that! Sit in a firm backed chair, hands on knees. 2. Slowly rotate your shoulers up to the ear, forward and down. Do 5 circles. Then the magic begins, reverse the direction. Up to the ears and back til your shoulder blades touch then down. 3. You can add breath as you will do automatically anyway, but deliberately inhale fully on the upward move, and exhale on the downward. Yes, do the moves sssllllooooowwwwlllllyyy. 4. Finish your shoulder rolls by keeping your torso straight up, shoulders back. You will feel great. I do these several times a day and I thank my yoga teacher for introducing me to my shoulder girdle!
